ABOUT US AND OUR COMPANY
The company was founded in 1994 and specializes primarily in organic fruit growing (cornelian cherries, rowan berries).
After a short time we also started making jams. In 2007 the BIOFITURE was developed and protected under trademark law. In 2022 the company was renamed a GmbH.
Christian Schano and Ferdinand Denk, the two managing directors of Biofiture GmbH, will go into a successful future as a team.
With down-to-earthness and handshake quality, we strive for long-term cooperation (partnership) with our partners.
Our standards are the basis and prerequisite for the great success of BIOFITURE in the catering industry and public utilities
Our goal is to be able to offer even more diversity in Biofiture with new varieties and product variants.

Quality
With a 70% fruit content combined with a reduced sugar content, BIOFITURE represents worldwide a unique product in the single portion pack.
Production
To meet the quality requirements of our customers, we work together with one of the most modern jam producers in Europe. Together with this, the BIOFITURE formulation has been constantly improved. This organic certified partner-company also has reached the highest standards of hygiene and quality in the food sector: HACCP concept and IFS (at a higher level).
Transparency
As one of the few companies in Europe, we have implemented the recent judgment of the European Court of Justice (Case C-113/15) concerning the labeling of small packs. We not only print the ingredients but also their origin on all of the individual portions. EuGH-Urteil
Environment
All packaging materials comply with applicable EU and national legislation. For all primary packaging, supplier's declaration of harmlessness is available.
