BIOFITURE stands for organic jam of the highest quality with a high fruit content and low sugar content. Additionally, this brand serves as a guide for our customers through the confusing jungle of regulations and terminology regarding the various terms used for "jam".
The key quality features of BIOFITURE are:

4.) Only 44% total sugar content, therefore suitable for diabetics

6.) Organic lemon juice concentrate instead of citric acid

70% fruit content! This is no small feat, considering that jam regulations only stipulate a 35% fruit content, and 45% to 50% is common (at least for portion sizes). Since jam customers generally prefer to enjoy the fruit flavor rather than the sweetness, we make our BIOFITURE from fruit and sugar, not the other way around.
